The MarioGamers brand, logo, website design, and original content are the property of MarioGamers. Game assets, characters, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

MarioGamers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo or any game publisher. All game-related trademarks are the property of their respective holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Game saves will always be preserved
  • The Platform will be compatible with all devices or browsers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarioGamers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of game data.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Google (OAuth login), and Cloudflare (CDN and security). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
